Biography

I am very familiar with RESIDENTIAL home ownership, as well as the municipal regulations and requirements of leasing a COMMERCIAL retail space, then renovating it to start a business.  I have done my own floor plans, and submitted my own applications to Vancouver and Richmond City Halls for building permits and various licenses and I know what it takes to be approved by the Vancouver Coastal Health.

I became my own contractor, interior designer, built my own websites, did my own photography and videography, and designed my own marketing and advertising campaigns.

All these different experiences have given me a wealth of information that I will be more than happy to share with you should you decide to use my professional expertise when buying or selling your real estate property.

I speak very fluent English and Tagalog (Kumusta po kayo!).  I moved to Vancouver from Calgary in 1986, just after Expo 86.  I have lived in many places in the Greater Vancouver area in the last 27 years.  I have bought and sold personal RESIDENTIAL property, and I have also owned, renovated and sold three COMMERCIAL spa businesses.
